Payment terms, other charges

For longs stays, contact us for a rate.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

End of stay cleaning fee:
£160 for up to 6 guests, £220 for 7+ guests

Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10:00am

Early check-in, late check-out policy:
This option depends on availability. The rate for either option is 50% of your reservation nightly rate. This must be booked and paid for prior to arrival.

Security deposit: £250
This will be charged five days before arrival, and will be refunded to you in full within seven days of you vacating the villa, on condition no damage has occurred.
